Only slight damage I can see is small holes where jewel is, maybe was bobby pinned at one point? – not noticeable when on; see pics (also tried to overexpose pic a little b/c it is a black dress; wanted to show the cut / shape)

Hem to shoulder about 4 ft 10 inches (I am 5’3” and while wearing tall heels this about brushed the floor)

Waist flat: abt 16.5”

Material / cut seems more generous than these measurements would suggest
